I've spent 7+ years in eCommerce retention and lifecycle marketing, including 6.5 years at a women-owned DTC tea brand where I built their email and CRM function from the ground up, grew the list to 200K+ subscribers, and launched a mobile app with retention metrics we were genuinely proud of.
